To drive without the use of both legs the digital accelerator ring K-Ringo and the main hand brake K-Brake are an optimal solution. The driver can keep both hands on the wheel. Designed, manufactured and installed by Kempf, specialized in auto adaptations for over 60 years, these products have the highest reliability in the industry and appear to be part of the original equipment of the vehicle.

Smoothly push the ring towards the steering wheel to accelerate. Move the main hand brake downward to brake. In some situations one hand is enough to steer and accelerate, keeping the other hand free to control the radio or the ventilator, while never being far from the hand brake.
K-Ringo, the digital accelerator ring comes in 4 versions:
K-RINGO: - Very little effort is required to accelerate, and the driver can keep both hands on the steering-wheel. - The main hand brake is pushed downward to brake - The distance from idle to full throttle is only about 3/4 inch - The leather-covered ring turns freely on its holder to enable a smooth acceleration when exiting a turn. - The driver’s side airbag remains functional - 2 sensors inside the steering wheel and the use of digital signals guarantees the absence of involuntary accelerations - a switch installed on the dashboard enables switching between the ring and the original accelerator pedal.
K-RINGO-DUO (includes everything from K-RINGO) - a switch on the dashboard allows the selection of two driving modes: I=standard, II=sport
DARIOS (includes everything from K-RINGO) - the acceleration when pushing on the ring is indexed to the speed of the vehicle: - at low speed, the acceleration is soft and progressive - at high speed, the acceleration is more responsive and dynamic
DARIOS-DUO (includes everything from DARIOS) - a switch on the dashboard allows the selection of two driving modes: I=standard, II=sport - both modes are indexed to the speed of the vehicle
The DARIOS INNOVATION
DARIOS - (Digital Accelerator RIng Optimized for Speed) is worldwide the first accelerator which adapts itself to the speed of a vehicle. Its purpose is to give a high level of comfort and safety to a driver accelerating with his hands.
At low speed the acceleration is smooth, progressive and economical. It makes delicate maneuvers during parking or backing up very easy. The gas consumption is reduced, because even a rough handling of the accelerator ring will not result in a rough acceleration, and so avoiding any over consumption. However the full engine power of the vehicle always remains available.
At high speed the acceleration is dynamic and responsive making quick and precise moves like passing on the freeway very safe. It allows you to keep your hands on the wheel in an ergonomical and natural position requiring very little effort. DARIOS constantly measures the speed of the vehicle and adjusts its response to give you an optimal level of comfort and safety while driving. DARIOS never reduces the full engine power which remains available at any speed.
K-BRAKE: The main hand brake is well integrated in the dashboard. Its lever is pushed downward to brake. The force required to brake is less than half the force required by foot. The installation of the main hand brake doesn't interfere with any of the original functions of the vehicle. All the adjustments (tilt and telescopic) of the steering column are maintained, the knee airbag remains functional and the knee space remains free of any metal parts. The original brake pedal remains functional
